Take Joy is a serigraphy collection made to showcase the theme of joy in identity. These images were made with digital collages that were continually degraded with editing tools, stacked on top of each other with acetate, and color blocked. The joy that comes from radically expressing who you are as you grow up and become an independent person is a joyful thing. I am aiming to celebrate the creation of self and being loud about your identity for the sake of loving and being comfortable with who you are in the face of other people.
